  Driver’s licence located and expressed to Europe

  Wine Cellar refrigeration repaired/reinstalled

 Mosman Council liaison re DA potentially blocking Harbour Views

  Video taken of said DA application impact and “U-Tubed” for owner to view whilst overseas

 Assorted mail including highly confidential banking, superannuation statements scanned (without reading details!) and emailed to various owners ‘wintering’ in the Northern Hemisphere

  Insurance company contacted re monthly debit to credit card denied & up to date details supplied

  Dinner suit retrieved from householder’s wardrobe, together with dress shirt & studs, and sent off to France for black tie dinner!

  “Project managed” a property about to be leased out – from painters & sanders to cleaners, and general installers of wardrobes & blinds.
