We have been using Leanne's services since 2017. Leanne looks after our property during our frequent overseas trips. We arranged with her weekly visits, emptying the mail box, watering plants, tidying up the outdoor spaces. She arranges visits of the gardener or cleaner, if required, and keeps an eye on anything else needing attention during our absence. Leanne also collects mail from the P.O. Box and keeps us up to date with a weekly email listing the senders' details. On our arrival home we find provisions in the fridge for a first meal after a long flight. Guardian Angel Concierge has provided wonderful services looking after my home while I was away in the past (2018 & 2019).
Leanne is very professional and takes great care of my property. Indoor plants were watered as well as the ones on the balconies, rubbish bins were brought in and mail was collected. She provided weekly updates which gave me great peace of mind while was away.

We have used the services of Guardian Angel Concierge for the first time in June this year. Leanne Hayward looked after our apartment during our absence for five weeks.
After an initial meeting we left her a list of requirements, i.e. mail collection from P.O. Box, plant watering, feeding fish, etc, as well as a list of emergency contacts. We agreed on checking our apartment once a week and handed over our keys.
Leanne’s email reports arrived promptly every Friday after her visits, complete with a detailed list of all mail received. She opened two letters on our request to check their content.
After a pump failed, nearly draining our fish pond, Leanne immediately called the relevant number provided on the emergency list, thus preventing major trouble.
It was wonderful to come home to a fridge stocked with fresh breakfast provisions and a cleanly swept courtyard.
Leanne provides excellent service, peace of mind. She is very professional in her approach. We knew our home would be in good hands. We will certainly employ Leanne again and can highly recommend her services.

Guardian Angel Concierge provided the perfect solution and prepared a comprehensive proposal. This included a weekly visit to ensure all was well, regular supervision and payment of our home help and mail handling and plant watering as well as liaising with several tradies who would be doing various jobs in our absence.

During her care, during a period of heavy rain, a leak developed in the roof, and water came down into the dining room through a light fitting, leaving the carpet sodden. She organized a roofing contractor to fix the leak and a carpet expert to suck the water out of the carpet, and a dryer to get rid of the damp and the smell of wet wool. When I returned home, I would not have known there had been a mishap.
If you are away from home on business or holiday, I strongly recommend her service.
